A luscious prime rib dinner, prepared and served by D D Stutz preceded the final meeting of Lathrop Lodge # 676 F. & A.M. on Wednesday evening, January 8th, 2008.

At the conclusion of the dinner three awards were presented.

Mrs. Dorothy Jean Best places the 65 year pin in her husband's lapel.
District Deputy Grand Master Frank L. Sekeres inserts a 50 year pin into the lapel of Lathrop Past Master Robert Rhodes, 33°.
Past Master and Past  District Education Officer Frank Turner smiles as his wife, Barbara, pins his 25 year award to his lapel.
Worshipful Master Gary Eubank calls the lodge to order for the last time.

Distinguished Guests;  Right Worshipful Brother's Earl R. Blazer, Emory M. Hall, Thomas J. White and James G. Fidler were introduced, minutes were approved, bills were paid, there were memories shared by a number of brethren and then District Deputy Grand Master James G. Fidler made some final remarks.

With that Worshipful Master Eubank closed the lodge forever with a final rap of the gavel and Worshipful Brother David Newkirk, the lodge Secretary, closed the minutes book.

The records of our members have been turned over to Canton Lodge #60.
